Tiling, Painting, Electric, Balconies, Windows - Major Progress

The process of transforming a construction site into a modern and functional home is taking shape! Great milestones have been reached, and not only on the inside – a lot has also happened on the outside!

Facade work: Successfully completed

Successfully Completed! The facade work on the garden house has been successfully completed! Next week, the scaffolding will come down, offering a whole new perspective on the house. We will be sharing a dedicated post on this soon.

Balconies and Windows

All balcony railings and glass balustrades for the floor-to-ceiling windows have been installed, just in time before the scaffolding is taken down.

Tiles

Tiling work is still in full swing, with around 70% of the apartments already finished. In a few weeks, all bathrooms will be fully tiled.

Painting

The majority of the apartments are now shining in white! The painter’s fabric and first coat of paint have been completed in over half of the apartments. Work is progressing steadily and quickly.

Electric

After the painters, the electricians follow: all outlets and switches are being installed, laying the groundwork for the later cover frames.

Outlook

The entire interior construction will continue as quickly as possible. The floor layers will soon begin installing the parquet floors, and as soon as the scaffolding is removed, the underground work in the exterior area will commence.
