Project Update: Balcony Flooring & Door Installations Underway!

We’re excited to share the latest construction progress of our Kreuzheim project!

A lot has happened on site over the past few weeks, and we’re now approaching a stage that brings significant changes — both functionally and visually.

Balcony Flooring

The balconies are steadily taking shape — the flooring is currently being installed. We are using durable, weather-resistant stone tiles to ensure that future residents will enjoy comfortable and low-maintenance outdoor spaces.

Interior Door Installation

Work is also progressing inside the building: the installation of interior doors has begun. Modern, high-quality doors are being used, seamlessly fitting into the overall design concept.

Staircase

Tiling work in the staircase area is steadily progressing. The majority of the work has already been completed.

Roofing

Both building roofs have been greened, and the framework for the PV system has been installed – only a few finishing tasks remain before the roofing work is fully completed.
