On the Way to Completion!

The first apartments are almost finished – it won’t be long before life moves into the building.

Interior Doors

The installation of room and apartment doors is nearly complete. Only a few doors still need to be installed.

Staircase

The tiling work in the stairwell has been successfully completed, except for a few finishing touches. The installation of the stair railing also began today and will be completed shortly.

Parquet Flooring & Baseboards

Significant progress has been made here. Real wood parquet flooring has been laid in all apartments, and with a few exceptions, baseboards have also been installed.

Painting Work

The first apartments are currently receiving their second coat of paint and are therefore very close to completion. The work is, of course, continuing steadily.

Electrical & Sanitary Installations

Gradually, all apartments are being equipped with the necessary sanitary fittings such as washbasins, toilets, and shower fixtures. At the same time, the electrical team is installing cover frames for sockets, switches, etc., in the apartments.

Outdoor Areas

Work on the exterior areas has also successfully begun and is progressing quickly. The first step involves completely rebuilding the property boundary, including the fence, on the right side toward the neighboring property.
