Construction Update – We're Almost There!

It is with great pleasure that we share a brief update with you: Construction work is progressing rapidly – completion is just around the corner!

Doors

All doors have been fully installed!

Staircase

The tiling work in the stairwell has been successfully completed. The stair railing is also in place, and painting will follow shortly.

Painting

All painting work throughout the building has been completed.

Electrical & Sanitary Installations

Except for a few final touches, all installations are finished. The bathrooms are fully completed. Only the commissioning of the heating and hot water systems is still pending.

Outdoor Areas

Work on the exterior is also progressing steadily. The property boundary, including the fence to the right-hand neighbor, has been completed. Drainage work has also been carried out.
