In the new year and the cold January, the work on the construction site is progressing rapidly.
Tiling Work has begun
In the first apartments, tiling work has begun. The bathrooms are approaching their final design and are thus taking on a whole new look. It's becoming cozy!
Drywall
Almost all the walls are now completely closed, spackled, and sanded. The painting work will therefore begin shortly.
Common Areas
Work is also continuing in the basement. The electrical installations in the publicly accessible areas are almost complete. Work in the electrical room, where the distributions, meters, etc. are placed, is in full swing.
A Look at the Next Steps
In the coming weeks, we will continue to advance the facade work as soon as the weather allows. Meanwhile, the interior finishing work will continue seamlessly. This includes, for example, wall and ceiling painting, tiling work, installation of the elevator, and the assembly of the stair railing.
