On the home stretch – it’s getting cozy!

Progress is moving at full speed – there's bustling activity on the construction site, and work is underway in every corner!

Facade work: successfully completed

The townhouses are also finished, and the scaffolding will be dismantled next week.

Tiling

Tiling work in the apartments is nearly complete – only one bathroom on the 5th floor still remains to be done.

Painting

All apartments have been fully wallpapered and have received their first coat of paint. The next steps in the interior finishing will include a final second coat by our painters.

Staircase

The tiling work in the stairwell has begun!

Utilities and Infrastructure

A significant milestone has been reached: the first phase of the utility infrastructure has been completed. The connections between the old front building and our new development have been successfully installed.

Roofing

Nearly all preparatory work has been completed this week, allowing us to move into the final phase. In the next two to three weeks, the roofs will be greened and the balconies and rooftop terraces will be fitted with flooring.

Outlook

The following work is still to be done before final completion:

• Installation of all interior doors

• Bathroom facilities

• Final assembly by the electrician

• Installing skirting boards in the living areas

• Commissioning of building technology

Outdoor area

Work on the outdoor area will also begin in early June, carried out by our landscaping team.
