We are pleased to share some exciting news with you. The construction work is progressing rapidly, and we have reached an important milestone: The basements and ground floors of both buildings are now fully completed! This is a significant step in the right direction.
A solid foundation for the future
The basement forms the solid foundation of our building and offers not only space for technical facilities but also practical basement compartments and communal areas. The completion of the basement is a special milestone as it provides the basis for the further construction work.
The ground floor: The first eye-catcher
With the completion of the work on the ground floor, the contours of our building are now taking on their first concrete forms. The completion of this area means that we can now start building the upper floors.
Looking to the future: Building upwards!
Now that the basement and ground floor have been successfully completed, we are quickly moving upwards. Construction work on the upper floors has already begun and will intensify in the coming weeks and months. The first layers of the scaffolding are already in place and will grow together with the shell construction.
