New perspectives & great progress

We wish everyone a happy Easter and a sunny weekend! Just in time for Easter, we'd like to update you and share current photos of the construction progress with you.

Facade work: successfully completed

The facade is finished, the scaffolding is gone! We've been eagerly awaiting this moment. Many trades had to work together to keep to our schedule, and thanks to great teamwork and dedication, everything went smoothly!

Tiles

The last two apartments are currently being tiled, so all tiling work will be completed shortly. Next comes the staircase, including the hallway in front of the elevator.

Painter

Work is progressing smoothly. Currently, work is underway on the third floor.

Electrics

Here, too, work continues apartment by apartment. Sockets and switches are being installed, and the sub-distribution and media distribution boxes are being equipped.

Parquet

This week, the parquet fitters completed all the preparatory work so that installation work can begin next week. Soon, we'll have the first photos of the finished parquet flooring. This will once again paint a completely new picture of the apartments!

Terraces and balconies

In the next step, the cover plates for the terrace parapets, the floor coverings and finally the railings are installed.

Start of exterior work

Civil engineering work is currently underway to connect the house to the utilities (electricity, water, sewage, internet).

Outlook

The entire interior construction will continue as quickly as possible. The facade of the townhouses will also be completed shortly, the scaffolding will also be removed, and work on the exterior facilities will begin.
