Construction Update: Significant Progress from the Facade to the Elevator

The construction site is taking more and more shape – both inside and on the facade! In the past few weeks, progress has accelerated significantly, and it's exciting to see how the project is coming together piece by piece. Here, we take a look at the current developments and the work that lies ahead.

Facade Work

The building is slowly but surely taking on its exterior appearance. The plaster has almost been completely applied, and we expect the facade work to be completed in about three weeks. Afterward, the scaffolding will come down, offering a whole new perspective on the house.

Tiling

Work is progressing quickly in the bathrooms as well. The tiling is in full swing, and the first bathrooms have already been completed.

Painting

The first apartments are shining in white! The painter's fleece and the first coat of paint have already been completed in some apartments. The work will continue seamlessly and is advancing rapidly.

Elevator

The elevator has been largely installed. Only the electronic components and the subsequent commissioning are still pending.

Outlook

The entire interior construction will continue as quickly as possible, and the exterior is also progressing in large steps towards completion.
