With the completion of the rough installations, we have successfully passed an important stage in the construction process. All necessary wiring for electricity, water, and heating systems has now been installed, forming the technical foundation for the future use of the apartments and townhouses. We are very pleased with both the construction progress and the quality of the work – a result of the collaborative efforts of all trades involved.
Outlook for Interior Construction
With the application of the interior plaster, we are laying another building block for sustainable construction: mineral-based plasters provide long-lasting surfaces, create a healthy indoor climate, and contribute to energy efficiency. At the same time, we will soon begin the next steps – from underfloor heating to screed installation – moving the apartments closer to completion step by step.
